Returns and Replacements
Just like most watch part vendors, Shopwatchparts.com does not accept returns or give refunds of any items categorized as ‘watch parts.’ Such as batteries, watch bands, watch links, crystals, hands, movements, etc.
Items are described as much as possible so that you know what you are purchasing before ordering.
If you receive an item that was damaged due to shipping, there will be no refund or replacement since the fault lies with the shipping company.
If you receive a wrong item, please email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may right this wrong.
If you receive an item that isn't working properly, please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com and tell us what the problem is and whether you want a refund or a replacement. If we authorize a refund or replacement, you'll receive instructions on how to proceed through email.
If we authorized for you to return the item for a refund, you should receive your refund via PayPal, or any other method requested, the day the returned item is received by shopwatchparts.com. You will not be refunded shipping and handling costs, if there are any.
If you received an item that isn't working as it should and want to replace it with the same item, then you’d have to send it back following the instructions sent to you via email, and upon arrival to shopwatchparts.com, we’ll send out the replacement right away.
Any item that is not in its original condition as it was sent, will be shipped back to the buyer and no refund or replacement will be issued.
When shipping the item back to shopwatchparts.com, it will be at your own expense.
